Consumer care representative for Italian, German, French, Dutch, English & Croatian speaking market (m/f)

Tango outsource 24/7 high quality, multilingual consumer care services. Our scope of responsibility covers simple inquiries through to complex issues. Tasks include phone and e-mail correspondence, back office tasks, chat, translations, monitoring. Regular working hours, shift work, weekend work.

The ideal candidate is a native or close to native speaker of one of the following languages: Italian/German/French/Dutch/ with an excellent knowledge of English and/or Croatian (skills in additional foreign languages are considered an advantage), computer literate, with great communication skills (written and spoken), people-oriented, flexible, well-spoken, constructive, polite, patient, friendly, willing, responsible, energetic, organized, a team player, professional, quick-thinking, dependable, self-motivating and naturally, has a sense of humor. The above qualities will bring an excellent match to the existing tango team in maintaining quality, efficiency, performance and teamwork.
